Our easy mail in program makes it easy.

Option 1

Step 1: Select your repair.

Step 2: Click check out.

Step 3: Select the shipping option

Step 4: Package your phone in a secure box.

Step 5: Print and attach the supplied shipping label.

Step 6: Hand the Package to your mail man.

We will email a Priority shipping label to you. All you have to do is print the label pack you phone in a secure container and put the supplied label on this container.

Once we receive the Phone we will perform the requested repair and ship it back to you.

Option 2

Step 1: Select your repair.

Step 2: Click check out.

Step 3: Select drop off

Step 4: Package your phone in a secure container

Step 5: Print a copy of the receipt and put it with the phone

Step 6: Drop the phone off at our location. If we are not here, use the mail slot in the door to drop off your phone. Please be sure to have a copy of the repair slip with the package.

Once we receive the Phone we will perform the requested repair and contact you for pick up.
